WORKOUT has a very important part of my routine working, not just because it makes me feel good physically but also mentally. It is only because of a sense of inspiration from many persons specially the great wrestler MR. SUSHIL KUMAR. In a whole period of 2 years from the time I begin with the workout I got to know that for an inner soul, everybody needs physical satisfaction because if you have physical satisfaction you will be very close to mental satisfaction. And as our grandfathers told us that if you have these two things in your life then you are the best and lucky person on earth.
So the point here is how and when to start a workout, the answer is very simple from today because "KAL KISNE DEKHA" and the answer of how? is also very interesting , as a beginner we just follow these simple steps:
1. Workout in gym is not a necessary thing to start a workout, as we are Indains we should believe in natural therapy i.e is YOGA. YOGA is a not required any introduction that what it is and how it works. So the thing which we would learned is HOW TO DO YOGA at home.
2. Set an intention for your practice just before you begin to practice. Move from a warm up of sun salutations to standing poses, then progress through inversions, backbends, forward bends, and end with savasana, or corpse pose. Always end your practice with a final relaxation pose.
3. So now the thing is how to practice yoga:
: Incorporate yoga in your daily life stream.
: Decide when and how long you want to practice.
: Designate time for yourself everyday.
: Find a comfortable place to practice.
: Expect gradual improvement initially.
: Be regular not rigourous.
